Full mature thickwall stem is cut into multiple strips.

Green skins of the bamboo strips are removed to obtain inner bamboo strips. The inner bamboo strips are steamed with hydrogen peroxide , dried and are turned in lathe to obtain turned bamboo.

Thus turned bamboo is now carbonized .
This carbonized bamboo is in effect a bamboo filament bundle>> which can withstand bigger impact loads.
